1. General Policy

Once a service or insurance plan has been purchased through our website, it cannot be returned, as we deal in digital and insurance-based services, not physical goods.

2. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds are applicable only under the following conditions:

The service purchased was not delivered as promised, and our team verifies the claim.

The payment was made twice accidentally for the same policy or service.

The payment was deducted from your bank account but the policy or service was not issued due to a technical error.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

No refund will be provided in the following cases:

For change of mind or dissatisfaction without valid reason.

If the policy or service has already been activated.

If incorrect or incomplete information was provided by the customer.

4. Refund Process

If your refund request is approved:

You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.

The amount will be refunded to your original payment method (Bank/UPI/Card) within 7–10 business days.

5. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are accepted only before the policy or service has been processed or activated.
Once issued, no cancellation will be possible.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  • Check your bank or payment app again.
  • Then contact your payment provider; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
    If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us immediately.
